A specialized machine designed for sewing a mop, built on the basis of JUKI DNU1541 heads. The machine is equipped with tape feeders from the leading manufacturer RACING. The maximum width of the tape used is 20 cm. The machine allows you to set different distances between the stitching. The introduced tape is stitched and then cut to the indicated length. The entire installation is equipped with energy-saving motors reducing the noise level and energy consumption.
Thanks to the flat lock, the stitch is extremely resistant during intensive use of the product
