REECE S-4001 ISBH+I SM automatic machine for imitation sleeve buttonhole

Specialist REECE machine, electronic controlled, dedicated to sew decorative imitation of buttonhole, is a modern device with easy to use and intuitive control panel. Machine sews a chainstitch and in one programmed cycle it can sew up to 8 imitations of buttonhole. You can set distance between buttonholes (in a straight line or at an angle, depending on the settings of the indexer. Indexer is an automatic mechanism for moving material. It could be programmedaccording to current production needs. There is possibility of sewing an imitation of a buttonhole without an indexer – this machine has also a special button to interrupt teh sewing cycle with the indexer.

• parameter setting for buttonhole imitation
• selecting the program number
• setting the distance between two successive holes
• sewing stitch programming menu (in the menu setting, for example number of stitches for a free start, speed for a slow start or maximum speed)

In addition to this, electronic control panel show information like:

• low air pressure
• daily counter of sewing cycles
