ASS BASS 3500 TJ automatic pocket welt unit-premium version

The BASS 3500 is the premium version of an automatic pocket welt unit.

Performance.

The sewing unit has all the functions of the universal automatic unit BASS 3200:
-• Processing programs for all common pocket flies with or without flaps
•- Separate stepper motor drives for transport unit, corner knife and center knife

In addition, the unit has a versatile automatic feed system for accessories to support the processing of straight and bevelled inner and outer jacket pockets and of pocket flies for trousers.

Functions:
•- Freely programmable control with memory for 40 seams
•- Processing of pocket flies with a length of 20 to 200 mm, optionally with a length of up to 240 mm
•- Needle spacing in 2 mm increments from 8 mm to 30 mm
•- Individual programming for stitch length, sewing speed and transport speed with
optional programming capability for stitch condensation or seam bar tacking
•- Automatic flap scan by photocell
•- Five separately programmable laser marks to ensure accurate and easy line-up of
sewing pieces
-• Separate piping cutting unit and automated transfer unit for accessories

Operating sequence.
Inner pockets for jackets:
The piping strip with fleece reinforcement is lined up at the ruler stop. The two pocket pouches are secured with a clamp at the left and right tray. The piping cut is set with the pressing of a button. The feeding of sewing pieces, the sewing of the pocket pouch components and the subsequent sewing process are fully automated.

Outer pockets for jackets:
The piping cutting unit is located at the right side. The double-piping strip is lined up at the ruler stop. The cutting function for the piping strip is started with the pressing of a button. The feeding of sewing pieces, the positioning of the accessories and the subsequent sewing process are fully automated.

Finished pieces are removed by the roller and stacked at the stacker (201/6) for further processing.
